Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing medical equipment and supplies from Antioch Care DME.

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened personal care products, used medical devices, or custom/special orders) may not be eligible for return.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • All eligible returns must be authorized by our support team before being shipped back. Return instructions will be provided by email or phone.
